Any number from orders, a product, a category, a custom field, a tag or a contact attribute, aggregated (amount paid, order count, units, AOV, biggest order, days since first/last purchase) over a window: lifetime, this year, last year or rolling N days. Cash-based: only collected payments count.

Turn any metric into a 1–N score with ascending or descending thresholds you control. Build as many axes as your model needs.

Yes. SyncRFM is built specifically for Keap (Infusionsoft). You connect your existing Keap account via OAuth, and SyncRFM works on the orders, contacts and custom fields already in it.

It depends on your order history and API quota. Most accounts complete the first import within minutes; very large catalogs may take longer. Using your own Keap quota speeds this up considerably. After the first import, updates happen in near real-time.

No. SyncRFM only applies and updates its own dedicated RFM segment tags and custom fields. Your existing tags are never modified or removed, so your other automations keep working exactly as before.

Security is a first-class concern. We connect through Keap's official OAuth, encrypt credentials at rest and in transit, and isolate each tenant's data. You can revoke SyncRFM's access from Keap at any time.
